DatumSure is based in the U.S., and that's where we process your information. By using our services, you're okay with your data being handled in the U.S. The U.S. hasn't obtained an EU "adequacy" status for data protection, but we've put in place strong safeguards to protect your data according to EU rules. In fact, we like to refer to our approach to privacy and data protection, GDPR+. This means we follow strict guidelines to keep your information safe, and we'll update these as needed.
We might transfer your data to the U.S. with your permission, to fulfill a contract, or for a good reason that respects your rights. We're committed to protecting your privacy and using your data in a way that's fair and in line with our Privacy Statement. We also make sure our partners follow strict data protection rules.

We'll let you access your info for free and within a reasonable timeframe. If we can't give you access right away, we'll tell you when you can expect it. If we must deny access, we'll tell you why.

DatumSure keeps your personal data on its own servers and those of the cloud services we use, all located in the United States unless your contract says otherwise. We hold onto service data for as long as you're working with us and a bit longer to look back on our operations and for record-keeping related to our services. We keep data about potential customers until it's no longer useful and then remove it from our systems. If you, or someone you authorize, ask us to, we can delete any personal data we have control over.
